YVF2系列變頻調速三相異步電動(dòng)機調速范圍廣。它與變頻調速裝置配套使用，構成交流變頻無(wú)極調速系統。在5-50Hz范圍內作恒轉距變頻調速運行，在50-100Hz范圍內作恒功率變頻調速運行，運行平穩，無(wú)轉距脈動(dòng)現象，起動(dòng)轉矩大，起動(dòng)電流小。電動(dòng)機的安裝形式及安裝尺寸均與同容量的Y系列三相異步電動(dòng)機一致。裝有獨立的冷卻風(fēng)扇裝置，電機運行在不同轉速下均有較好的冷卻效果。
